The HVAC industry remains one of the most fragmented service markets - thousands of local businesses competing for the same customers, workforce and advertising channels while operating on disconnected systems.
The next generation of HVAC companies will not be defined by local scale alone, but by participation in coordinated networks combining technology, workforce intelligence, certified expertise and distributed field execution.
AirIcon was founded to build that network layer.
2017–2018 Marketing Director, Home Alliance
Led growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategy during a rapid expansion phase of the home services business, gaining first-hand experience in scaling demand generation for HVAC and home service operations.
2019–2021 VP Philippines Office, Home Alliance
Oversaw marketing operations, customer support infrastructure and call center teams supporting large-scale home services operations across the United States. Focused on operational coordination, lead management, customer communication systems and distributed support teams.
2022 Head of BBDM Philippines
Big Brain Digital Marketing - internal marketing agency and operational support organization for Home Alliance. Managed a 220+ person organization responsible for digital marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation and operational support systems for home services businesses.
This experience exposed the structural inefficiencies of fragmented local service markets and became one of the foundations behind the AirIcon vision.
Rather than replacing local HVAC businesses, AirIcon connects independent operators, service companies and certified professionals into a distributed AI-powered operating network coordinating demand, workforce utilization and field execution across fragmented regional markets.
The HVAC industry is entering the same transformation that reshaped transportation and logistics: the shift from isolated local operators to coordinated intelligent networks.
AirIcon is building the coordination and operational intelligence layer for the HVAC industry’s transition toward distributed, AI-powered operating networks - initially across North America and Southeast Asia.
With operational roots in the Philippines, AirIcon is also developing a globally distributed support and coordination infrastructure designed to scale workforce intelligence, customer operations and remote expertise across international HVAC markets.
